As a novice in the Communications world, I engaged the support and assistance of the CSU Team to help me launch a campaign, ‘Eyes & Ears – Suspect it – Report it’ around awareness of abuse towards adults who are at risk of harm. They welcomed service user input and supported them sensitively when discussing issues of abuse and in creating factsheets and radio adverts.

The support and intelligence I received from the team was overwhelming in supporting me and BSAB members to deliver our message to the citizens of Birmingham.
